any cargo to them if they are not Authorized to receive it.
Obtain the driver’s CDL License and verify that License is current and matches the Actual Driver checking in for Pickup.
Under no circumstance should any information be divulged to drivers. Our system requires several verification steps for drivers before being approved to Pick Up Loads. If any parts of this verification fail, make a copy of their CDL License and advise them to contact their dispatcher immediately.

Fraud Prevention Systems to deter freight theft have long been utilized. If a CDL Driver’s License doesn’t match, this could indicate an attempt at freight theft; please create a copy and give this to Broker and Management immediately.
ADVISE THE DRIVER THEY NEED TO CONTACT THEIR DISPATCHER BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO PICK UP THIS LOAD.
