It’s Crucial for Company Truck Drivers to First Learn how to Build Profits as an Owner Operator to Avoid Massive Losses and Common Costly Mistakes Many Face Today:
Truckers Network App – This training helps Company Truck Drivers understand and master the trucking industry from a driver’s perspective by using the app with their employer’s truck for hands-on experience. It ensures they’re fully prepared before investing in equipment and becoming independent Owner Operators.
HOW TO USE – TRAINING COMPANY TRUCK DRIVERS IS SIMPLE
- The app is tailored to the truck, and since Company Drivers often switch or share trucks, the app starting odometer must be verified and updated each workday to match the current truck being used. This ensures system accurate with the PES (Profitability Evaluation Status).
- The company driver will use their employer’s truck for training and continue transporting freight as usual.
- After completing each load, they will submit it into the app, and the PES Profit Indicator updates automatically. It shows whether the completed load helped build profits or caused a loss. Company drivers may see a negative PES status—this is normal. They shouldn’t get frustrated, as it’s part of the training process to master the industry before making any equipment purchases.
- The company driver’s goal is to follow PES results to learn which actions boost profits and which cause losses. PES highlights profit potential and guides drivers on how to increase Net Profits (take-home pay) and avoid costly mistakes—building the skills needed for long-term success.
- This training is done before any equipment purchases to help clients avoid costly mistakes that have ruined many who lacked real knowledge of the trucking industry from a driver’s perspective. It should be completed daily for one year to build the habit, master the technique, and allow time to save for equipment and authority costs.
- This app has a one-time $14.99 download fee for Company Drivers since they do not acquire expenses like Owner Operators.
A $500 signup fee is required, with a $100 monthly subscription starting in the second month.
- ADVISE COMPANY DRIVER CLIENTS NOT TO SHARE THIS TRAINING WITH ANYONE WHO MAY INFORM THEIR EMPLOYER TO AVOID JOB ISSUES.
- Many new Owner Operators immediately start accumulating massive losses due to a lack of profit-focused education. They repeat the same costly mistakes that have led many trucking businesses to fail.
- The real challenge isn’t just getting started—it’s knowing how to maximize take-home pay (profits) from gross revenue. That’s why this training was created—to equip drivers with the skills to understand the market before investing in equipment or being forced into independence.
