PES (Profit Evaluation System) is the key to steady profit in any market. Every time the truck moves, the truck’s odometer changes—and so does your unique PES status. PES can go up (positive) or down (negative). That change tells you if you’re you’re building profit or accumulating losses. Negative PES = accumulating losses → change your booking strategy

HOW TO USE THIS APP

1. When you begin, with the current truck your using setting the App Starting Odometer to match the truck's odometer reading.
2. After each completed load, log the details—count every mile.
3. Check and follow your new PES status.
4. Finish every training quiz—each one makes you better for the independent road ahead.
5. Since company drivers often switch trucks, check the app’s Last-Reported Odometer at the start of each workday. If it doesn’t match the truck you’re using, update the App Starting Odometer to the truck’s odometer.
6. Keep repeating these steps. Your clarity will grow, and in a year you’ll be ready to operate independently as a profit-building machine.
